  • Deposit the registration fee at Meezan Bank or Lahore Grammar School 55 Main, Gulberg as direct payment via cash.
  • In school payments can be made from Monday - Friday, 8AM - 3PM.
  • Cross cheques should be payable to Lahore Grammar School.

  • Make sure to include the name of your institution, team and head delegate in the email.

Registration Guidelines:

  • There is no limit to the amount of teams an institution can send
  • Private delegations are not allowed.
  • In case a school is sending more than one team, they must allocate an alphabet to each team to ensure clear distinctions between them. (Team A, B, C, and so on).
  • Each delegate can choose to participate in up to 5 categories. Each team is to fill in the form only once.
  • Please note that only ONE Visual Arts category is allowed per delegate,excluding Mischief, due to probable clashes.
  • The head of delegation is required to register all teams from their institution via a google form on our website: Igsstudio55.com
  • Each individual team must also appoint a head delegate who should clearly be mentioned in the registration forms. The head delegates will be coordinating regarding their team with the registrations department of Studio 55.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to the head of delegation with received details of their institute’s teams to affirm their registration.
  • Any changes in the teams registered should be addressed to Studio 55’s Art/Executive Council or the Registrations Heads one week prior to the event.
  • 2 invigilators from each institute are allowed for supervision. Their details must be entered in the registration form as required. The invigilators will go through an ID-check before entering the school premises. Anyone who fails to identify themselves or whose details are not given in the registration form will not be allowed to enter.
  • The cumulative payment of the delegate fees must be made within a week of receiving registration form submission confirmation email from our email address.
  • It is the responsibility of the delegation that the payment is received by the host team of Studio 55.
  • Team Studio holds the right to withhold any delegation's registrations at their discretion, as well as amend the process or the rules and regulations at any time.
  • Each participant must abide by the Code of Conduct. Any participant that fails to abide by the Code of Conduct shall be disqualified from the competition.
  • The Code of Conduct and Waiver of Liability must be signed by every delegate on the day of the event and submitted at the Registrations Desk.
